Whenever an obstacle or an opportunity presented itself, Harry was quick and thorough in finding, and even developing resources to not only meet the need, but also exceed and prepare others for future situations with various possibilities.  An example is a database that Harry wrote that is being used by a support department to monitor, respond, and resolve computer-related issues.  He was able to understand the needs and then incorporate various other departments to share data to compliment each other within the organization.  He then empowered the departments to utilize and maintain the resource themselves.  Possessing the ability to share and teach is an attribute that is priceless, and Harry humbly and enthusiastically embraced all opportunities.
